Opti Order and Opti Dispatch
Building on our digital platform’s capability to monitor proppant inventory at our customers’ well sites, we released our auto ordering feature; a groundbreaking advancement for seamless technology assisted sand ordering based on live inventory and operational data feeds. Our Opti Order feature provides the foresight to keep our sand production optimized, while also giving our customers confidence in meeting their production targets. On the heels of Opti Order we also released gen 1 of our Opti Dispatch feature, a first-of-its-kind digital functionality to autonomously schedule, optimize, and dispatch sand delivery without human intervention.

Engineered HSE
Every NexStage silo system is built to benefit health, safety and the environment. Our OSHA PEL‐compliant technology significantly reduces silica dust emission compared to conventional pneumatic delivery technology. Dust management also cuts damaging particulate ingestion by wellsite equipment. NexStage equipment and processes also provide a significant reduction in wellsite noise, exhaust and traffic.
Automated Belt
Eliminates the need for personnel on-site with the use of non-contact radar system, cameras, safety interlocks, and laptop-based controls. Equipment can be run from data van or offsite.
